On Saturday, Oct. 26, the Smith-Pendergraft Campus Center at the University of 香蕉视频APP - Fort Smith will be transformed into a Halloween-themed carnival, when Haunted Union will be held on the UAFS campus for the 10th consecutive year.
The event, which is hosted by the Campus Activities Board (CAB), will run from 6-10 p.m. and will metamorphose the Campus Center into a spook-filled festival. The Reynolds Room will be turned into a haunted house for ages 13 and older, and room 129 will become a funhouse maze for all ages.
Carnival games will also be hosted in the food court and around the Campus Center fireplace.
The event is free to the public, with food and beverages available for purchase. Last year, over 1,100 people attended Haunted Union, and more than 20 student organizations helped with the event.
UAFS student Krystal Gunselman of Winchester, Tenn. is the traditional events coordinator for CAB and is planning the event.
鈥淭he board is proud to keep the family-friendly tradition of the Haunted Union alive,鈥 Gunselman said. 鈥淭here will be carnival games and a haunted house, with different rooms sponsored by different organizations on campus.鈥
For the second straight year, the Non-Traditional Student Organization will host 鈥淭runk or Treat,鈥 where student organizations pass out candy from their cars in the parking lot outside of the event.
