The University of 㽶ƵAPP – Fort Smith has selected 26 students to represent the university as campus ambassadors for the 2017-18 school year.
Campus ambassadors are a group of student leaders assisting the Admissions Office in representing UAFS. The group provides insight to prospective students on campus life, degree programs, and other UAFS offerings.
They also play a vital role in the Admissions Office, according to Megan Gabbard, admissions officer.
“The ambassadors are essentially an extension of the Office of Admissions. These students support the university’s efforts in recruiting by simply showcasing the opportunities our students are given,” Gabbard said. “Without them, many of our daily actions would not be possible. I am blessed to be able to work with such a bright group of diverse students who love UAFS.”
